1. Who we are
The Build Automate Grow app is run by Build Automate Grow, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and the business or person who uses Build Automate Grow ("you"). By signing in or connecting an Instagram account, you accept them.
2. What the service does
Build Automate Grow lets you connect your own Instagram professional account and, from one place, publish posts, read and answer comments and direct messages, and send one automatic message, written by you, to people who comment a keyword you choose.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
- Connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your login.
4. Your content and your messages
- You own what you publish and the messages you write. You give us permission to store and send it only to run the service for you.
- You are responsible for your content and messages, and for following Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms, and the laws that apply to you, including laws on advertising, privacy and messages.
- Do not use the service for spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, deception, harassment, or anything illegal. Automatic messages go only to people who commented your keyword, once per person per rule, and stop when someone replies STOP. You may not try to get around these limits.
5. Instagram
The service depends on Instagram and Meta, which can change or limit what their API allows at any time. We are not responsible for Instagram's decisions, outages or limits, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
6. Fees
Any fees and billing terms are shown to you before you sign up for a paid plan. If none are shown, the service is provided without charge for now.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold and for how long, and Data deletion explains how to have it deleted.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account; we then delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service, or if we stop offering it, and we will tell you where we reasonably can.
9. No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you of any material change by email or in the app; using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
